Description

“Salty Lady” is a 63 foot Hatteras Motor Yacht. She has 4 staterooms, 4 heads, galley up, an office/work area, a very spacious salon and large fly bridge. She also comes with a Zodiac Cadet 360DL RIB aluminum hull tender (11’10”) with a Tohatsu 25hp gasoline outboard (July 2021), which is stored on the upper deck and lowered using an electrically powered davit. The interior has beautiful hardwood flooring, wood paneling and teak trim. The galley features wood parquet flooring, Corian counterops, a full-sized fisher and Paykel french door refrigerator/freezer, Frigidaire electric range with double ovens, Frigidaire microwave, Kitchen Aid dishwasher (July 2023), trash compactor, double sink with gardbage disposal and a dinette seating area. The salon features a wet bar, pantry with black acrylic doors (May 2022), Samsung The Frame 65″ 4K Smart TV (Jan 2022) and Yamaha sound bar with Alexa (Jan 2022). There is a small aft cockpit with a bench seat, Magma propane grill and a ladder that provides access to the swim platform. The laundry room features LG front loading washer and dryer (Dec 2022). Each of the four staterooms has cedar lined hanging closets and a dedicated head and shower. The foward bow stateroom has parallel bunk beds, the forward guest stateroom has “criss-cross” bunk beds and the aft guest stateroom has two twin beds with a night stand. The exceptionally large master stateroom has a king sized bed with walk around access, plenty of cabinet storage and a separate dressing room. The master bathroom features a full size bath tub and shower. All heads include a shower (the foward guest head is a “wet” head). All toilets are 32v electric Galley Maid and have been converted to use either fresh water or sea water. The flybridge features a foldable bimini cover and all exterior seating has removable sunbrella covers. The electric Galley Maid windlass (Aug 2022) includes 300 feet of 3/8″ chain (Aug 2022) and a 88lb plow anchor. The boat has Naiad stablizers and a bow thruster. There are seven CruisAir marine air conditioners and a diesel heater with sepatrate controls in every room, allowing a full range of temperature comfort for any climate and time of year. The boat is powered by twin Detroit Diesel 12v71 650hp twin turbo engines. To power the boats 110v and 220v systems, there are two Onan 20kw diesel generators. She has a fuel capacity of 1,170 gallons, fresh water capacity of 350 gallons and a holding tank capacity of 210 gallons. All tanks are located in the keel on the centerline. Salty Lady draws 5 feet of draft and displaces 92,000 lbs. The house and starter batteries are 32v (2 banks) and she also has 1,320 amp hours of Victron LifePo4 batteries and a Victron 5kw inverter/charger, allowing for a peaceful night at anchorage without running the generators. The boat is equipped with Starlink Satellite Internet dish/router (Starlink account required) and Nighthawk mesh wi-fi system to provide internet/wi-fi coverage throughout the boat. A Gateway Security video camera system with 8 4K video cameras with remote monitoring capability (internet connection required) provides security and increased visibility during docking.
